Agreement to Terms

User Conduct

• Engage in any form of cheating, including but not limited to collusion with other users.
• Create multiple accounts for the purposes of gaining unfair advantages.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other software to manage your fantasy team.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the platform.

Fees and Payment

Some aspects of the platform may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the platform at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. If you do not agree with the fee changes, you have the right to reject the change by discontinuing your use of the platform.
